ZLYJ gearbox sequence are transmission units, which are specifically designed for single-screw extruder with high precision, challenging equipment surface, accompany with thrust. Adopting the technological specifications stipulated in JB/T9050.1-1999, all ZLYJ gearboxes are made appropriately.

Main Characteristics:
one.The material of equipment is the high energy alloy steel, it is manufactured by carburizing, quenching (and other heat treatment), gringding procedure at final. The gear is in high precison ( six grade ) and substantial hardness ( reaches HRC54-62). In addition to, it characteristics minimal sound when running.
